SIAM-SUNRAY Siam Sunrays embodies something of the spirit of Thailand, the Land of Smiles. The recipe for this revitalizing cocktail drink was created by Surasakdi Pantaisong, winner of the 2008 Bar Tender Championship hosted by the TAT and THA at Siam Paragon in September 2008.

1 oz White Rum
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Gin
1 oz Blue Curacao
6 oz Sour Mix
6 oz 7-Up

To an ice-filled hurricane glass, pour the white rum, vodka, gin, and blue curacao. Add the sour mix and 7-Up. Garnish with an orange or a cherry.

1 oz Light Cream

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkling of nutmeg and a cherry.

1/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz Light Cream

Carefully pour ingredients into an old-fashioned glass in the order given, so that they don't mix.

1 1/2 oz. Vodka

In an old-fashioned cocktail glass pour over ice cubes.

1/2 cup Tomato Juice
2 tsp.Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 or 3 drops of Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Shake the above ingredients with ice and strain into highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a celery stick and a lemon wedge.

1 oz.Light Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend the above ingredients with 1 cup of ice at high speed in an electric blender and pour contents into a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry and.slice of pineapple.

1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Half and Half
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg

Combine the brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half in a shaker which is half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with the nutmeg.

1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Benedictine Liqueur
2 dashes bitters

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, vermouth, benedictine, and bitters. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon slice.

1 dash Triple Sec
2 tsp Grenadine Syrup
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange.

1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
1 1/2 tsp Grenadine
1 1/2 tsp Triple Sec
2 tsp Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass moistened with cherry brandy and dipped in powdered sugar. Garnish with a cherry and serve.

1/2 Peach Flavoured Brandy

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
A slice of lime makes a nice garnishment.

Mix ingredients together over ice in an old-fashioned glass.

1 tsp Creme de Menthe
1 tsp Chartreuse

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaves or an olive.

1 ounce vodka
1 ounce peach schnapps
4 ounces orange juice

Pour ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice and stir.

2 oz Gin
1/2 tsp powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Grenadine
1 oz Lemon Juice

Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake, then strain into an old fashioned glass, filled with crushed ice. Decorate with orange wedge, cocktail cherry or mint leaves.

2 oz Gin
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Water

Dissolve sugar in a mixture of water and lemon juice. Add gin and pour over ice into an old-fashioned glass. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

1/2 oz Galliano

Pour vodka and orange juice over ice cubes into a collins glass and stir. Float the Galliano on top.

3 dashes Bitters
1 slice Orange
Ginger Ale

Pour vodka and bitters over several ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

1 tsp Passion Fruit Syrup
2 tsp Lime Juice

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
1 tsp Brown Sugar (or to taste)
6 oz Hot Coffee
Heavy Cream

Combine whiskey, coffee and sugar in a mug stirrring to dissolve the sugar. Float cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.
